When I baked my bread that I let rest in the fridge, it tasted rotten. Did i do anything wrong?

Hiii, my grandma asked me to bake pandesal (which is a Filipino bread thing). I prepped it, but I got lazy so I only baked it after 3 days passed.

My grandma was very excited to try it with me, but I sensed that she didn't like it. It tasted bad.

I followed a recipe online.
