I couldn't find anything reagrding this so I wonder if it is the keywords I am using in google. The yogurt smelled and tasted fine, but I came across several small, transluscent gelatinous 'balls' that are completely separated from the yogurt; they mix in well, but as I have never encountered this before, I didn't know if it was an emulsifyer or the gum wasn't fully mixed in, or something else entirely. Expiration date isn't for another two months. Thank you.
