Hey everyone. I live in Germany off-grid and am trying my best to make bone broth concentrate like this one: https://au.gevityrx.com/collections/bone-broth-body-glue It's super thick and sticks to your spoon. I love it because it's virtually flavorless and can be added to anything. I just can't get my hands on it where I am and want to make it myself! Anyone have any ideas on how I can?
I think they steam and simmer the bones with 0 to little water. They might even grind the bones down to a paste beforehand. Anyone have any ideas?? I tried it in Australia and need to get my hands on it again but they won't ship to me
