Can I oil both sides of my wood cutting board at the same time?

Or do I need to oil each side one at a time, so the oil sits on top of each surface?

I’m using the Boos mystery oil and cream. If it’s one side at a time, then it will take 4 days to oil side A overnight, then B, then put cream on A overnight, and then B. So I can’t use it for four days in a row.
