If no bake creme brulee takes 2 hours to set in a 34 degree fridge, how long will it take in a cooler with dry ice?

Just as the title says. I'm participating in a dessert competition and we get 10 mins to mise en place then 1 hour to cook. Bonus points to those who can help figure out a way to make it unique
