If taste an awful tasting cracker (smells like chemicals) and spit it out immediately will I be ok?

I don’t wanna waste poison control’s resources so I’m asking here.

I immediately spit out the saltine cracker, it smelled/tasted like paint thinner which is what others have said when I searched it up. I also rinsed my mouth and even used salt water to rinse.

Is there a good chance I won’t be sick even though my tongue touched the cracker? I have a huge phobia of vomiting so I’m freaking out.
