I want to make a pistashio filling, but I can't find any pistashio flavoring powder.
I tried to use pistasho flour, but that makes the filling taste weak and the texture undesirable.
Pistasho extract gives an weird, almost unnatural taste and is hard to measure.
I tried to look on the internet for pistachio powder that also gives it it green colour
(I discovered that some offered pistachio powder without it's green colour)
Is there a (European) webshop where I can find pistacho flavoring powder that gives it also it green colour when used?
