Seasoning for Miso Chicken Rice Balls?

So, my rice is soaking right now, but I wanted to ask: I'm making Rice Balls and I wanted to combine the Chicken with some white miso and then sprinkle some cheese on top of it once it's cooked. My question is, what seasoning do you think would go well with that? It'd probably be fine just on its own, but I want to know if there's anything I can add to make it even better. (Forgive me if I used the wrong tag for this post)
