Pork loin is usually on sale in my town so I end up getting 2 long tenderloins. But I have NEVER successfully made something I’ve enjoyed. I’d like to make something where the meat is fall apart tender but always end up with an overcooked piece of meat so I’m pretty sure it’s my technique that’s failing.
