I had at a resturant and its no longer on the menu so I cant look it up. It was a fried cheese stuffed with mashed potatoes. It wasnt a ball, and didnt have breading. It was like a handful of cheese was pan fried, a scoop of mashed potatoes were put in the middle, and then flipped onto another skillet of fried cheese. It was delicous, but I cant remember what they called it. I would like to look up a recipe or see similar things. They paired it was a nice sauce. Thanks for the help!
