I was trying to make homemade sorbet and what I did was mix all my ingredients into a pint then tossed into a freezer. I later realized the recipe I was following involved a ninja cremi which I don’t have so now I just have a frozen block of fruit juice. Any tips on how I can convert that into sorbet ?
