Skirt Steak in a Beef-Veggie Soup?

I’ve already done it, it’s already my favorite cut to put into a veggie soup, I was just wondering if anyone else has or does and I’m here to tell you you need to try it. Because it’s a relatively fatty cut, it adds so much flavor to a soup and it’s just chef’s kiss
