What do I do with a LOT of super spicy peppers?

Tl;dr I have over six pounds of ghost, reaper, and scorpion peppers on hand and no plan

Over the summer I was at my local nursery and they had a ton of pepper seedlings marked ‘free’. As best I can guess, they weren’t selling, likely because of how enormously hot they all are. I planted over a dozen because I had the space in my backyard and forgot about them.

Well, they all took off despite neglect on my part. Today was the first day it’s really gotten cold here, so I put on some gloves and goggles and set about stripping all the peppers.

I’ve got six pounds of some of the hottest peppers on earth sitting in my kitchen. It feels like people only really ever eat these things for the novelty of YouTube videos. I’m good with spicy food, but I don’t know if I’m this good. What should I do with them?
