Wonton soup restaurant style?

Hi there, I'm trying to learn to make wonton soup like my local Chinese restaurant. They are gods of the wonton. I just gave it my first go and the thing I noticed is that the (standard size) wonton papers I bought are way to small. The wontons that I love are massive. 4 or 5 are like a meal. I also noticed the paper is much thinner. The wontons I want to make have a pretty thick outer layer. I think it may be pasta? And the filling is pork and scallion.

Any ideas for what type of wrapper to use? Recipes are also welcome!
