I went to a restaurant in the Northeastern part of Spain and had this dish. The vegetables on the bottom are identifiable, but I’m confused as to how they were made. They were slightly glossy, so I assumed sautéed, but also had a sweetish flavor. Tried to look for their menu, but it’s listed as “fish of the day”. I’m trying to eat more veggies and this was one of my favorite vegetable sides I’ve ever had.
