Hiring managers & people looking for jobs in culinary

What resources are you using to hire or get hired? We’re using indeed exclusively but it’s yielding mostly bad results and is becoming a waste of time. Most applicants no-show to the interview and several (at this point) have no call/no showed to their first shift. It makes literally no sense to me. It’s starting to feel like I’m the butt of a joke that I don’t understand. I’ve started creating profiles on Poached but it’s a newer thing here (KY) and I’m not feeling great about how that’s going to turn out.
