I have tried making rice several times (white long grain, brown, jasmine, etc.) and EVERY TIME my rice is undercooked and crunchy even though I follow the directions on the package. Someone please help me because I want rice with dinner tonight and really don’t want to mess it up again 😭 tonight I am trying to attempt the Goya brown rice again and it says to cook it for 40 minutes which is what I did last time and it still was not done. Any and all tips are greatly appreciated!
