Can frozen veggies be breaded and deep fried?

Want to make fried cauliflower nuggets following your basic recipe and process (flour, egg wash, panko, oil) but we only have store frozen and not fresh. Would the extra moisture cause any issues while frying? Should I thaw them before hand?
