I had a bunch of ripe tomatoes & used the Ball canning recipe to try my hand at making ketchup. I cooked it according to the recipe which called for reduction by 1/2. I reduced it by 3/4. I didn’t want to overcook it but it’s still kinda runny. It tastes great but is there anything I can do to thicken it a bit without affecting the flavor? Thanks in advance.
