I've been researching frying chicken as it's not nearly as popular in Scandinavia compared to the rest of the world. I've seen three different blends for eggwash so far:
2 eggs
2 eggs + 3/4 cup milk
Butter (this one put their chicken in the oven instead
What are you really looking for in an egg wash and are there any possible explanations on why said person (random youtuber) put milk into theirs?
