Places such as six flags, disney world, mall of america, wall drug, and some other tourist locations that I've been to have this amazing and very distinct chocolate fudge. I think many of these businesses get their supply from calico cottage company, but I haven't been able to find a recipe and I can't buy from them directly... The fudge has always blown me away and is head and shoulders above other fudge I've tried or made myself... but I can't figure out what it could be that makes it so good. Any ideas?
