I want to make Greek yogurt pancakes but I’m unsure if they taste on par with normal pancakes. Can anyone tell me?

It’s this type of recipe. I don’t want to compromise on taste, but I do want to use up some yogurt. I can’t make a test pancake because I don’t want to crack any eggs. Has anyone had them before?
