Pork Shoulder Brine

Hey everyone, I’ve had my pork shoulder sitting in a brine since last night and intended to put it in a mojo marinade and cook it today. However plans have changed and the pork shoulder won’t be eaten until tomorrow. Is there a way I can salvage it and postpone cooking it until tomorrow? Recipe calls for a minimum 12 hours and I don’t want to overbrine it. Cheers and Merry Christmas.
