What [vegetarian] dish would you serve with red bean buns?

I’ve googled this to no avail. Boyfriend’s mom sent me a pack of dried red beans with a recipe for red bean paste + buns, which I’m excited to make. I don’t make much Asian food at all but I’d like to get more into it. What could I make to serve red bean buns with?
