Hi All.
I'm giving peach cobbler my first try tonight because I forking love peaches! Unfortunately since not in season I just used a simple bag of frozen peaches but alas, I am excited for the results. Maybe it's just the cast iron, but I think it's a beauty. Looking for advice from you guys on how I can use the half a cup of simple peach syrup left to make a fancy, delicious sauce. I really hate wasting and I dont have any ice cream for tonight. The liquid is very very sweet, if possible, I'd like to take that dont a small notch. You guys are amazing! TIA 👨🍳
