Can I safely freeze shredded chicken that I boiled and shredded 4 days ago

I have about three-four breasts worth of shredded chicken that I boiled, shredded and put in the refrigerator Monday night. It is now Friday. Would it be safe to vacuum seal it and put it in my freezer now on Friday evening?
