I'm lactose and soy intolerant. Many of our family recipes (moussaka, pastitsio, etc) include Bechamel. We've tried with no sugar almond and oat milk but it still tastes sweet.
What is the most neutral flavor non dairy alternative that will still get the proper consistency?
