I want to like cottage cheese, but I find the texture overwhelming. Any ideas?

I have a digestive disorder that makes cottage cheese one of the best possible things for me to eat. But every time I try to eat it, I get 2-3 bites in and just... can’t. I’m not 100% sure if its the flavor or the texture, but I just get sort of overwhelmed and nauseous. I think if I had something else mixed in with it I could learn to love it - buratta is one of my favorite foods and taste/texture wise it’s similar. Any recipes or things I should try?
