Pulled Pork reheating question.

I work at a small rural country club and this week I'm running pulled pork sandwiches as a special. We serve out of a small downstairs kitchen for lunch service and space and budget are limited at the moment. I say that because we don't have a microwave and only really have a flat top for heating food. What is the best way to reheat the pork without drying it out?
