I ordered an extra spicy Nasi Goreng tonight and it's too spicy to eat. Is there anything that can cool it down?

They asked for spicy I wanted it on a scale of 1-10 and I said 8, because I almost always find even 'spicy' foods too tame. Came home and tried to eat it and within minutes I was literally crying, like tears running down my cheeks. I drank two pints of milk, and feel like I'm going to explode.

But the taste is amazing, and I don't want to bin an entire meal. What can I do to mellow out the spice? Thanks!
