Sous vide and sear later?

I've been eating steaks to work everyday having to eat it cold. Can I sous vide /reverse sear in the oven, bring it to work, and use their airfryer/toaster oven at 400f/broiler to get the sear?

Will it overcook the steak? Would this work? Will it taste as good if you sear it while it's hot?
