Went to an amazing restaurant in San Diego, had a spicy sweet calamari dish that was so tasty I asked for the ingredients and they gave them!! However they didn't give AMOUNTS.
Korean chili paste
Ginger
Vinegar
Fish sauce
Rice wine
Shallot
Garlic
Lemon juice
Honey
Olive oil
I'm trying to make enough sauce to toss some chicken in, what would be a good amount for each ingredient?
