Induction Griddle

Hi,

We used to have an electric non-stick flat surface griddle and want to get one for our induction range. We have some baking steels by https://www.bakingsteel.com/ for pizza and like them a lot. I thought about their griddle but since our stove has a flat surface their griddle may not work so well because there are no handles.
