Help me improve the thanquito (half taquito, half Thanksgiving stuff)?

An inadvertantly happy thanquito.

I had an idea about combining a taquito with traditional Thanksgiving stuff. The first go at this is combining equal parts of fully cooked chopped turkey, sweet potato, stuffing, and a small amount of turkey gravy to hold them all together. Wrap the mixture tightly in a white corn tortilla that's been softened and lightly greased with oil spray, and finally air-fried at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Dip that in some cranberry sauce with a little chipotle powder, and it's pretty good. I still feel it could be better. Any ideas?
