Falafel resurrection?

I’m making falafel with soaked chickpeas and realized too late that, in my excitement to get on with the show, I had forgotten to dry them. Major face palm and, suffice it to say, I’m left with wet lumps that don’t hold form in the slightest. Since I don’t really want to toss the entire batch, any advice on how I can resurrect them? I know flour is a (subpar) shortcut for binding, but is it the best option? I’ll be baking, not frying, them, and have them down to a coarse paste (slightly coarser than sand).
