I want to make something similar to this, in taste:

But what can I use to replace the crust? It doesn't have to look like that, but it would be cool if the taste was really similar. I have a microwave, a stove and a rice cooker. Is there any way I could improvise the outer shell?
I have made some cakes on the rice cooker but things usually end up in the moist side of things. Would using the stove have anyway to create something dry? One thing I thought about was just crumbling cookies and putting it on top instead of on the bottom, then it would be like a fake tart that you eat with a spoon. What do you guys think?
Thanks a lot!
