Hello,
I am making stock for the first time and added too much parsnip I believe.
So far the stock has a very peppery flavor.
Is there anything I can do to try and fix this?
The stock contains the following:
Celery
Carrots
Leek
Parsnip
Turnip
Yellow Onion
Garlic
Thyme
Parsley
Peppercorn
I was trying to follow the Basics with Babish Stock recipe minus the chicken.
