So I basically use this recipe https://www.finecooking.com/recipe/indonesian-chicken-peanut-soup though I use it very loosely. I follow the basic instructions though not the exact amounts, minus the garnishes at the end and adding a LOT of onions.
This might be a difficult question to answer but I'm wondering if there are more vegetables that I could add without changing the flavour, or at least not too much. I also don't want to change the texture either, I like that the chicken/onions are very long and noodley and don't want to deviate much from that.
