Substituting corn flour for masa harina?

I was going to try a new chili recipe that calls for masa harina. It's not sold locally so I ordered some online - or so I thought. Apparently I mistakenly ordered a bag of (Bob's Red Mill, finely ground, whole grain, stone ground) Corn Flour. Will it make a difference if I use it in the recipe, or should I re-order actual masa harina?
