I just bought an instant pot and am a complete noob at clocking. Is this gammon ready to eat?

So I pressure cooked it at 15 minutes and let the pressure release naturally from. Further 15. Is this ready to eat? Pretty tough to cut through but probably cos I’m just using a normal knife you’d use to eat your dinner. Thanks
