This is a general, possibly stupid question that I cannot find a real answer to. Some have told me to cook frozen meals and let them cool before packing them for work lunch, and others have said you can just put the frozen meal in a lunch box as long as you have a frozen pack in there too to keep it cold.
I have two frozen packs and want to take these frozen breakfast sandwiches to heat up on my lunch break at work. If I'm in the wrong place, I'm sorry.
