Hi all - so, I received a nice set of wusthof knives for my wedding 10 years ago. We’ve abused them and they’ve never been sharpened. They’re about as dull as they can get at this point. Is there a point of no return with these sorts of knives or what are my options? I have a knife sharpener that I never got around to using, but it seems like maybe a professional would be best in this case?
