Hey r/askculinary! I’m a culinary student and I have a small project to do on Rosemary. Specifically the cultivation, culinary uses, types of rosemary, and the available market forms. I’ve grown and cooked with rosemary, so I know quite a bit of what I need for this already. I’m more concerned about having something substantial enough for a bibliography. I’d prefer a book, but I’ll accept anything credible. I’d appreciate any and all recommendations. :)
